The IAG Stage 2 CNC Ported EJ25 11mm Oil Pump is a high-performance upgrade for Subaru EJ series engines, including both single and dual AVCS. Based on the popular OEM 11mm pump originally fitted to 2008-2021 STI Dual AVCS engines, the Stage 2 design increases flow volume and oil pressure, ensuring a robust oil film under all power levels and driving conditions. The enhanced flow also provides additional oil to operate AVCS solenoids and cam gears, delivering more consistent performance across the engine.

Developed through years of street and race engine testing, the Stage 2 Oil Pump offers a superior alternative to factory 11mm pumps and JDM 12mm models. Each pump begins as a new OEM 11mm unit and is fully disassembled. The main body is CNC-ported on a 5-axis machine, enlarging the inlet and outlet passageways and port-matching the outlet to the engine block for smoother oil flow and reduced cavitation. The gerotor inlet and outlet sides are also optimized to minimize pressure drops.

The pressure relief valve piston is REM polished to a low Ra finish, reducing friction, heat, and the risk of galling or sticking—a common OEM failure point. Rotors are blueprint-checked to ensure precise tolerances before assembly. The pump is reassembled with assembly lube, and all hardware is torqued and marked. Each unit ships ready to install with all necessary seals and hardware.

The IAG Stage 2 CNC Ported Oil Pump is ideal for street, track, or competition applications, capable of supporting IAG 750 and other modified engines. Packaged pre-assembled and lubricated, it offers a cost-effective solution that outperforms standard OEM and aftermarket options while delivering reliable, high-performance oiling.
