IAG Performance Chromoly Transfer Gears For 1.1:1 Transmission 2006-2021 STI

The IAG Chromoly Transfer Gear Set is engineered to reinforce the weak points in the STI 6-speed transmission, providing a durable solution for high-powered applications. During aggressive launches, the stock STI output shaft can twist and weaken over time, often failing at the driveshaft yoke connection.

IAG’s upgraded transfer gears are built to handle extreme loads by using high-strength Chromoly steel and optimizing critical areas prone to failure. The output shaft diameter has been increased, and the splines have been lengthened and enlarged to match an upgraded yoke, designed for aftermarket performance driveshafts. This robust design has been tested on Subaru drag vehicles producing up to 1,200 WHP and 800 WTQ at weights exceeding 3,000 lbs.

The set is designed with a 1.1:1 ratio for 2006–2021 STI 6-speed transmissions, delivering enhanced strength and reliability for high-performance builds.
