All in all, I'm really happy with the product. I just have a few small complaints about it. Before I received my order, I went to IAG's website hoping to find and installation video similar to their AOS install. I was only able to find an instruction manual of which I printed. Upon receiving the product I went through the boxes and did inventory. The instructions say to use oversized washers with the rivet nuts. 13 said washers on the parts list were not included with my kit. The instructions also say "Recommend using provided Loctite on fasteners". There was no said "provided" Loctite with my order. Had to make a trip to the hardware store for two items that were supposed to be included. The installation was fairly easy. The instructions should be more clear. The two rivet nuts (4 total left/right) closest to the wheel well require manipulating the black plastic piece out of the way. (ya remove a factory push clip. DON'T put the rivet nut through the black plastic tab!) I figured that out to late. It wont effect the rest of the install process, but whatever trim piece that black tab is connected to is now locked in and will have to be cut in event of removal. I used jack stands to support the splitter and followed the instructions. I chose to install the bolts loosely to allow finger clearance to install all of the remaining bolts and their spacers. Then I went back and forth from left to right and tightened for alignment accuracy. Once everything was tight, I then went back and removed each bolt one by one, applied Blue Loctite and installed to torque. I also discovered that the provided bolts meant to attach the end plates to the splitter are to short if you try to use the lock washers that the instructions say to use. I used a generous amount of Blue Loctite on those. The material quality and finish is top notch! It looks great on my car. The IAG rear diffuser is on my bucket list.
