We all know how bad the OEM Subaru Top Mount Intercooler Gaskets are. They are the greatest source of leaks in the entire intake stream. Fear not, GrimmSpeed has answered your call! They present to you their 3x thicker GrimmSpeed TMIC BOV Gasket. Not only is this gasket 3 times thicker, it also contains an inner metal layer that will help prevent blow outs. The TMIC surface and the BOV flange never seem to truly mate to each other. That's where the 3x thicker BOV Gasket's extra thickness comes in handy, creating a better seal for better protection against leaks.

Adapts BPV to factory intercooler

This will adapt a flat based BPV to the factory intercooler that typically only fits the OE BOV, which requires a molded O-Ring. On my specific 09 wrx, the intercooler bracket is still in the way for a Grimmspeed bpv so these two issues are why it says it’s not compatible with the OEM IC. So with this gasket and repositioning the DS bracket it can fit, but I ended up with an aftermarket intercooler so I didn’t even need to use this in the end.
