Would if no stars if possibly

I have contacted customer service by email they do not respond, I have call the phone number no one answers. I have messaged the ai chat bot about my issue and will not respond. My order total was 2k they shipped me everything but my brake lines. My brake lines have been stuck at preparing to ship since November 20 2023 now I’m out 160.00$ spend your money on a different website screen shot 12/11/23
