Gates water pump

Great replacement, kit is well put together with pride & quality, belt had all the markings to line up with cams, came with ltool to install timing belt also.

missing gaskets

the gaskets were missing from the timing belt kit I ordered, but they did make it up to me with a $10 gift card. They had wanted pictures of the unboxing showing missing pieces but I don't typically record myself opening packages. so. remember to record yourself opening packages.

I do apologize the gaskets were not included with your kit, but I am happy to hear the Subimods was able to help with the value of the gaskets. We ask customers to provide pictures of the packaging so that we can determine if the package was damaged during shipping. If the packaging is damage, we can start a claim with the shipping company.
