Everyday Driveability

Research on the racetrack has helped us develop the Fortune Auto 500 Series into a great all-around shock absorber. Using high quality components that meet our strict standards allows us to optimize comfort, reliability, and longevity.

Occasional Track Use

Digressive piston technology allows for stiff low-speed compression/rebound force. This gives more control of driver inputs such as roll, dive, and squat. However, at fast stroke speeds (i.e. high speed bumps) the suspension becomes supple in response to bumps and irregularities in the road for maximum control.

Note: Fortune Auto coilovers may have an extended lead time around 6 weeks as they are often times built to order

The best coilovers for VBs hands down

I’ve had them on for a few months now and they are everything you could possibly want in a coilovers and more. Daily driving comfort is the same if not better than stock, everyone who’s ridden in my car is surprised it’s on coilovers, and for sipited driving the difference is night and day, there is so much more grip, and it stiffens everything up. Absolutely worth the price bump over every other coils out right now

One of the best mods you can do for your VB if the track and spirited driving are something you car about. The fortune auto pack is great and super easy install. Add to that the warranty and ability to upgrade as your needs increase is what sold me on this.

Plenty for street!

I have no intention of long track days. But my spouse (and to a lesser extent me) was not too happy about the harshness of the stick suspension. I initially wanted to go with a slightly softer spring rate… but went with the default 8k springs. It’s tighter than stock for sure but I can turn the harshness waaay down and it’s actually much better riding. I haven’t tried spinning the dial all the way up… but maybe I will for a canyon run this summer - without my wife in the car :)
