ETS Muffled Axle Back Double Wall Stealth Black Tips 2022-2024 WRX

I was searching for a simple, axle back exhaust to give my VB a little more rumble and volume while being cost efficient as it's a lease - this is the perfect balance of all. Love the tone, the volume and practically no drone. Makes the car MUCH more enjoyable to drive and the black stealth tips look killer as well. Super happy with the results.

This axleback adds quite a bit of volume for being muffled. I do wish it was a little bit quieter, and because of a slight drone around 2k I'll probably add the resonated mid pipe at some point anyway. Still an awesome product, easy install, sits perfect, low boxer rumble, and if I was 15 years younger the volume would be perfect.

I put these on in less than 15 minutes with hand tools and a basic impact to remove bolts easier. I used a squirt of WD40 on the hangers before removal of the stock mufflers, another quick squirt once they were off to lube the inside of the holes, new ones went on easy. I did reuse my stock hardware (bolts and nuts) as they are a bit heavier grade. It sounds great, not too loud at all, sounds like a proper Subi now. I went with the black tips, looks good with the dark rear bumper panel. Yes, it is louder on cold starts, but that only lasts a minute. Dang near silent at idle, but sings when you wind it up. No drone, none. Would recommend for those wanting a good sound, but don't want obnoxious noise.

Cold start is a little loud but nothing to wake the neighborhood up over, deep tone to the rumble, 10 minute install, warranty intact (hopefully).

I bought this axel back because I wanted deeper sound to my car, and this surely delivers. I'll admit it is a little louder than I'd like for cold starts, but that's to be expected. Sounds great at temperature. Install was easy. I would recommend ramps to help you work underneath as well as some WD to help with installing/uninstalling of sliding in/out of the rubber supports. This was the only tricky part. I also used stock bolts on install due to them seeming to be a little thicker.
