The ETS Air Intake Heat Shield was developed to capture the cool air supplied to the Air Intake through the factory intake snorkel. The heat shield consists of a one piece surround, directional lid, and stainless fasteners that help reduce a loss of power that could be robbed from your motor by a heated intake charge.

Got my car without the heat shield on this intake and I thought it’d be harder to install cause I was overthinking the process, easiest **** ever and has changed the temps of my intake tremendously!

Great Heat Shield

I purchased this heat shield since the ETS intake doesn’t come with it and I will say for starters it looks better in the engine bay. There are a lot of benefits running a shield with an intake definitely do some research on it to see some important facts !!
