DETAILS

This is the Cusco Rear Differential Support Brace. The Cusco rear diff support brace eliminates ALL movement of the rear differential. By bolting this unit onto the back side of the rear sub-frame, the brace will support the rear differential. This takes the job away from the soft stock bushings which deflect under hard acceleration. Improvement will instantly be felt in acceleration, throttle response, and in improved control of the car when using the throttle to help the rotation.

The Brace bolts on to existing factory holes, making this a quick and easy install. However, be warned that in cabin drivetrain noise will increase slightly due to the nature of eliminating rubber OEM diff carriers.

It will come powder-coated in Cusco's flagship blue color, and it will come provided with hardware to make it ready for the installation.

At first i was a bit hesitant to purchase but after the install i do not regret it. The brace was easy to install and the difference was easily noticeable. The brace removes about 90% of the acceleration flex. During “hard” acceleration the car doesn’t squat anymore and just GOES. This creates a stable feeling under acceleration which invokes a very confidence to the driver.

DID NOT FIT PROPERLY... OEM GR86

I have a OEM GR86 (OEM sway bar). I looked online for videos on how to install and many people had no issue with aftermarket sway bars, I had an issue with the left bolt hitting the OEM sway bar on my GR86. I wasn't very happy since subimods is advertising this is an easy upgrade for the 2024 86/BRZ,
This turned into a 2 hours job of grinding away both the bolt and the left side stand for the bolt that sticks out

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN AFTERMARKET SWAY BAR THAT YOU KNOW GIVES EXTRA ROOM BETWEEN THE BOLT AND THE SWAY BAR OR YOU ARE WILLING TO GRIND DOWN THE BOLT AND COLLAR ON THE MOUNT
