DETAILS

The popular COBB Subaru 5-Speed Shifter Bushing kit is a direct replacement the soft rubber bushing found at the anchor point of your shifter assembly. This upgraded bushing greatly improves the feel of the shifter by eliminating side-to-side compliance (slop) found in the stock shifter mechanism caused by soft rubber bushings. This bushing is made from 95A durometer urethane and comes with everything needed for an easy installation with simple hand tools.

Made in the USA.

When this is paired with a solid shifter u-joint, it clears up 99% of slop. Amazing

Good with or without the shortshifter

I installed these as a package with the COBB short shifter on one of my cars and I'm purchasing another for a second vehicle. It immediately tightens the feel up and doesn't take much to install.
Even after going back to an OEM shifter, it still feels like a good and worthwhile upgrade to have a better driving experience.

cobb bushings

very smooth instal on the rear was a tad difficult i just tried until i got it the fronts were easy. overall made my shifter feel a lot tighter I also put the cobb short throw shifter in my car along with the bushings. made it feel phenomenal

The COBB Bushing Pack for the 5 Speed is one of the first mods I ever did to my 14 WRX! As you said the shifting is a lot tighter and it feels great!
