DETAILS

The Billetworkz Short Shifter Transmission Plate replaces the factory shifter plate, but reduces the shift throw by 35% by changing the pivot points. Our short shifter plate is designed to be slightly heavier than the factory shifter plate (without being too heavy) to offset the shorter throw.

Short and sweet

Maybe the install wasn't short and sweet but the shifting after the install was. I used jack stands and I'm getting old enough that laying on my back is not the most comfortable place to be. The only plus is my garage floor is epoxy coated and my car only has 3,000 miles so it was very clean underneath. Overall excellent upgrade for the price.

Not worth the hassle

It's a great product. Paired with the short shifter bushing and weighted shifter ****. Amazing short throws. But not nearly enough for the hassle of having to remove the pin and putting it back. Wish it came with a better pin having to take of and re install stock was a bit of a pain
