Actually awful, breaks with no strength so definitely not real alcantara and the absolute worst to install would not recommend waste of $80

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your Billetworkz Door Pulls. I do not see a ticket in our system referring to this issue. Have you by any chance reached out to us? Not a problem if you have not, I would just like to make sure I have all our communication in one spot if you have.

We assure you these are true Alcantara. In the past, customers have mentioned this issue to use which has led us to update our listing. They are designed specifically to be pulled toward the front of the vehicle to open the latch. Pulling them inward toward the cabin applies incorrect tension and can lead to damage.
