Our Shifter Stop is an essential modification for the 2015+ WRX platform. 

***FUNCTIONS WITH 2018+ CROSSTREK.

It is designed to significantly reduce the amount of slop when in 1st and 2nd gear by limiting (or stopping) the lateral movement. When adjusted correctly, 1st and 2nd gear can be easily engaged with a very precise feel.

Installation is very easy and can be done in only a few minutes. 

Our Shifter Stop can be used with all shifters. When a Billetworkz 2015+ WRX Short Shifter is installed, we recommend using our Shifter Stop as they both are designed to function perfectly with each other.

Machined from 6061 Aluminum and Anodized for a durable and vibrant finish.

Great quality, fixes shifter slop.

This product does exactly as described in the product description. It limits the slop in 1st and 2nd gear by reducing how far left you can move your shifter ****. Make sure, while your installing, that you re-check the OEM shift-stop for 5th and 6th gear. It is likely it'll move out of place during the install. I left the gearbox cover off the shifter **** and tested the install with a short drive before re-covering.

Worth it

It’s really nice the shift feel nice but I do highly recommend also getting the short shifter and shifter plate stoper

Easy install, huge drivability change!

Installing this Billetworks shift stop in your 22+ WRX is a must. It allows you to tighten up how far to the left (towards 1st and 2nd gears) the shifter can move. The car already has one on the right side, don’t know why Subaru didn’t just put them both in from the start. Stop thinking about it and buy this and get rid of your sloppy 1-2 shifts.

Highly Recommended

Super easy to install and significantly cleans up 1st and 2nd gears. Did this in combination with a Cobb shift plate and brass bushing to improve shifter feel.
