GT-Dry Carbon offers affordable luxury dry carbon options for both interior and exterior parts, designed to overlay genuine parts. We prioritize cost-effective manufacturing to make carbon parts accessible.

Carbon, a lightweight and strong composite material, is widely used in industries like aerospace and trains. Dry carbon, while superior, is expensive and inefficient for mass production due to its manual process.

Our process includes:

1. Designing from 3D Data: We create 3D models and molds from genuine parts.
2. Master Sample Creation: Using photolithography, we create and refine a master sample for fit and design.
3. Production: We produce molds, then complete the carbon product through various finishing processes.

We use two molding methods: autoclave (dry carbon) and hand lay-up (wet carbon). GT Dry Carbon uses autoclave molding, where carbon fiber is molded under high temperature and pressure. Wet carbon involves applying resin-coated cloth to a mold and curing it.
