The AWE Catback exhaust offers perfect fitment, patented drone-canceling 180 Technology®, aggressive tip options, and a soundtrack that only AWE can deliver, all proudly engineered, designed, and manufactured in-house, in the USA. Presenting the AWE Exhaust Suite for the 2022+ WRX!

The Touring Edition Catback is for drivers who like their BOXER rumble to be deep, hearty, and full of crackles all without any interior drone at cruising speeds. A direct bolt-on, full 3” straight-through design with a resonated mid section and tailored mufflers in the rear, the Touring Edition acts as the sophisticated, drone-free member of the WRX exhaust suite. If you’re looking to liven up your commute while retaining civil in-cabin characteristics, this version is for you.

Thanks to the design and construction of 180 Technology® resonators, the internals will not break down and degrade over time causing tone change. Full-bodied rumble for life from the point of installation.

This configuration provides the best ratio of interior refinement and exterior rumble on the market.

Everything was packaged nicely, no issues with the install. It did take a bit of work to get it all lined up nicely but nothing too difficult that one person and about an hours time can’t do. It sounds amazing and there’s no drone anymore. Just the right amount of sound at WOT. Highly recommend this exhaust.

Fun Exhaust

Awesome exhaust. Gives it a deeper tone and louder cold start without being too noisy for neighbors. Gets rid of that drone you have on stock. Even gives you some pops here and there when driving spiritedly. Install was straightforward. Did it alone on jack stands but a lift and an extra pair of hands would be nice.

Neighborhood Friendly, Great Tone

Been using this exhaust for over a year now. If you're looking to be the old guy with a more subtle WRX, these are perfect. Clean tone in all conditions. My ears estimate about 90-95dBa compared to my previous cars. Couldn't quite get perfect tip alignment no matter how much I worked the joints front to rear, but it's closer than most would ever notice.
