APR Performance Formula GT3 Mirrors Black 2002-2007 WRX / 2004-2007 STI

Spent quite a bit of time looking on the Internet for other people that have installed these and or even just pictures of these on 2004 2005 WRX and STI's. And after coming to the conclusion that I wanted these ordered them got them reviewed them installed them, and I am very happy with them. I did take some extra steps to make sure that the ball joint mount would be more secure from vibration and wind pressure as well as the top **** out, holding the actual mirror onto the stem, holding the mirror and so far so good. One day, I might actually have the clearcoat on them redone with a more high solid clear so that they're at least a little bit more durable, but she doesn't sit out in the sun all day. She's a garage queen now so I'm not too worried and there is a slight convex to the shape of the mirror and yes with them being a little bit smaller than the stock ones I can still see and use them very well.

Purchased for a 2003 WRX and they look great.

Love the looks, hate the hardware. The ball and socket and allen bolts that hold the mirrors armiture strip easily. Without some Macguiver action they cannot be tightened sufficiently to keep your mirrors from falling out of position everytime you hit a small pebble in the road. For APR's prices they should at least come with decent hardware and try cleaning out their hole taps before sending them out.
