The AMS Performance 2022+ Subaru WRX Air Intake is simply the
best engineered and best performing air intake available for your turbocharged FA24 engine equipped Subaru WRX. The AMS WRX Air Intake offers a much larger full 3′′ intake piping size over the OEM intake system, providing a significant improvement in air flow and up to a 25 WHP gain over the stock intake!

The optional enlarged duct and airbox keeps out the heat and prevents hot air from entering the engine, ensuring consistent performance even in high temperature conditions. The 6061 billet aluminum MAF housing allows for within spec air/fuel ratios by way of its CAD designed geometry, while the rechargeable dry media filter makes cleaning easy. Our custom shaped 4-ply silicone is designed for smooth air delivery, with a matched interior diameter to the 3′′ mandrel bent aluminum intake piping, minimizing any turbulence or disruption in air flow.

    Great CAI.

    Very nice CAI for the VB. I have used many different brands across many generations of WRX's/STI's and this one is the nicest by far. Very solid kit and picked up a good 16hp on a protune over a competitor with a larger filter.

    best intake on the market

    Keeps cool air flowing and more of it with the upgraded duct. Skip the other "hot" air intakes and grab this one. Picked up almost 20 hp more than my last intake, wish I just waited for this one.

    Nice product BUT….

    Really well made stuff. The stepped couplers are great. Instructions were good. However… I combined this with the Perrin Turbo inlet and the trimming (of the inlet coupler) involved made the overall fit less then ideal. Additionally, the air box simply does not fit. I had to cram this box down and over where the filter is. The filter is contacting the top and side of the air box with a good bit of force. I would highly recommend this intake, however, skip the air box and would consider a different intake if you may do the turbo inlet at some point. Perhaps this intake would fit better with another manufacture’s airbox. I really wish someone would do a well designed full intake that includes the inlet and had a good air box.
