Order the part and found out next day that it was not California compliant. They refunded my money with ease, and explain the reasoning. everything was smoothly and no issues. My only note (not complain) is that I wished there would have been a note that said "this filter is not CA compliant" since when I do a California compliant performance filter search... this filter keeps popping up from Subimods. Love their site and will continue to purchase from them. I just wished I could have found out that it was not CA compliant.
