Active Diamond Club members can use the code DIAMONDCLUB to receive free ground shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Enter the code during checkout so the shipping benefit can be applied to the order.

The Diamond Club shipping benefit is advertised for ground shipping within the US48, meaning the contiguous United States. Shipping destinations or services outside that area are not included in the published Diamond Club free-shipping benefit.

Diamond Club adds bonus points on top of your normal RPMplus earning. Orders from $100–$499 earn an additional 1,500 points, orders from $500–$999 earn an additional 3,000 points, and orders of $1,000 or more earn an additional 5,000 points.

No. Diamond Club is designed to boost RPMplus, not replace it. You continue earning through RPMplus and, while your Diamond Club membership is active, you receive the additional Diamond Club benefits on top of the rewards program.

Subimods strongly recommends having an account and being signed into it when you join. Keeping the membership connected to the correct account and email helps your subscription and rewards benefits stay together and makes the membership easier to manage.

Diamond Club renews monthly based on the date you originally subscribed. For example, if you join on the 15th, the subscription is scheduled to bill again on the 15th of the following month using the payment method connected to the subscription.

Once you are signed into your Subimods account, RPMplus points can be redeemed for one-time discount codes from the checkout page or through the Rewards block on the site. Available reward values range from $5 to $100 depending on your points balance.

Rewards discount codes are one-time-use codes. If you redeem a $25 reward and use it on a $20 order, the order can be reduced to $0, but the unused $5 does not carry forward. To get the full value from a reward, use it on an order total that is at least as large as the reward amount.

Yes. Diamond Club can be canceled at any time through the subscription management page or from your account when available. Once canceled, future Diamond Club subscription charges and active-member benefits stop according to the subscription status.

Your earned points stay with you. Canceling Diamond Club does not remove the 2,500 signup points or other points you earned while the membership was active. You do, however, lose access to the active-member free-shipping and additional Diamond Club point-earning benefits.

Please do not purchase multiple Diamond Club subscriptions. Subimods provides one initial membership bonus, and multiple subscriptions can interfere with the automated monthly reward process. If you accidentally create more than one membership, contact Support so we can help straighten it out.

Contact Subimods Support as soon as you notice the issue. The published Diamond Club process is to cancel the incorrectly created subscription, refund the applicable subscription fees, and have you sign up again using the correct email so the membership and rewards are connected properly.

You can manage or cancel your Diamond Club subscription through the Subscription Login Page or through your Subimods account when the subscription is available there. Keeping your membership tied to the correct account makes ongoing management much easier.
