This design pays homage to the iconic power plant that has powered various models for over 50 years! From the Brat to the Baja, to the WRX STI we wanted to collect as many notable vehicles as combine them into a stylish design that pays homage to this great power plant. 

But why is the E-RA concept on this.. it doesn't have a Boxer Engine, what gives I thought this was about boxer engines. You're right, we battled with this internally as well but at the end of the day we felt that while the E-RA concept isn't powered by a Boxer engine the heart of the overall concept, the inherent foundation of the performance division would not be possible without the Boxer engine so we felt it necessary to include the E-RA in this list so that it was abundantly clear that the iconic Boxer engine paved the way for the capabilities on display today.
