Flat Four Showdown FAQ

The Flat Four Showdown is a driver’s co-op program built for enthusiasts who love to showcase their passion for motorsports! It brings together passionate drivers from across the community who take part in select motorsports events for a chance to win a drivers co-op prize and represent the Flat Four Community. It’s all about friendly competition, community, and supporting each other while chasing faster times and bigger goals. If you’ve got the skill and drive, the Flat Four Showdown gives you a platform to showcase it.

How Does The Program Work?

The Flat Four Showdown is designed for drivers competing in Subaru-powered Subaru models and select Toyota and Scion models (FR-S, GT86, and GR86), encouraging them to get out and drive in various disciplines like autocross, time attack, and drifting. The structure of the program gives everyone a fair shot—whether you’re just getting started or have years of seat time. At the end of the season, one random driver earns the Flat Four CO-OP Bonus, a $2,500 USD award to help fuel their next step in motorsports.

Requirements: 
  1. You Must Drive a Subaru Powered Subaru or applicable Toyota or Scion model. 
    1. Toyota Models include (2017-2021 GT86, 2022+ GR86) powered by an FA20 or FA24 Engine.
    2. Scion Models include (2013-2016 FRS)
  2. You must run all Flat Four Showdown Stickers provided in required positions on the vehicle. 
  3. You must compete in a qualifying Motorsport event from 1/1/25 - 12/31/25.
    1. GridLife
    2. SubieEvents Auto Cross
    3. Lock City Drift
    4. Fl4t Fest
  4. You must submit at least one piece of qualifying media to Subimods via the Subimods FFS Showcase. (Link)
  5. At the end of the year, we will randomly select a winner, we will then contact that winner to verify the proof of drive. Save your tickets, you will not win if you cannot provide proof of drive during 2025.
Photo Requirements: 

Your submitted image must clearly show the following:

  • At least one visible Flat 4 Showdown sticker on your vehicle
  • Your vehicle actively participating in a motorsports event
    • This can include autocross, time attack, drifting, rally, track days, etc.
    • Static or parked shots will not be accepted unless taken during event staging or pit setup.
Caption Requirements: 

Each photo must be accompanied by a caption that includes:

  • Event Name
  • Date of the Event
  • Location (City + Venue if applicable)

Disqualification Notice: 

Submissions will not be accepted if:

  • The Flat 4 Showdown sticker is not visible
  • The vehicle is not actively participating in an event
  • The caption is missing, vague, or lacks required information
